A deposit is requested at the time of booking and the balance due 6 weeks prior to your holiday.  We do not offer cancellation insurance and therefore holiday insurance is recommended.  If you need to cancel your holiday once your balance has been paid your monies and non refundable unless we are able to re-let the accomodation.  However, the £100 deposit is non refundable.  A verbal reservation is held for 5 days until a deposit of £100 is received. Cheques are to be made payable to "P Gale", Lynton Lodge, High Hill Keswick Cumbria CA12 5NY. Non payment of balance by due date will constitute cancellation of the booking and forfeit of the deposit and the accomodation will be re-let.  The owner's of Lynton Lodge Studio's cannot be held responsible for any theft or personal injury.  Guests must keep accomodation and cars locked.  When vacating the Studio please show consideration to other guests and ourselves by leaving it clean and tidy as when you arrived.
