Introduction

Lynton Lodge Studio is ground floor self-catering accommodation.  It has 3 steps (wooden) which take you to a wooden decking area and the studio is accessed through outward opening double patio doors.  Once inside the studio everything is on the same level, spacious en-suite has toilet, sink and shower cubicle with sliding doors.

 
Pre-Arrival

• when booking guests would be asked to state any special requirements
• should there be any requirements we can be on hand to help with cases, bags or other equipment
• bus routes, taxis information held in file in accommodation
• maps for local walk from premises available

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• upon arrival we will meet guests for registration, payment and deliver keys
• car parking for 1 car per studio
• distance to accommodation from driveway approx 15m, 3 wooden steps (depth 19cm and width 133cm)

Skiddaw studio details as Cat bells other than entrance it has :

2 sliding patio doors, distance from driveway (approx) 2 meters nb NO DECKING AREA FOR OUTSIDE SEATING
• there is a wooden decking area and entrance is through patio doors (outward opening)
• outside lighting will come on automatically
• driveway is through wooden gate
• driveway is stoned
